About Me

I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist. I have a Master’s degree (distinction) in Psychotherapy and Counselling, a post-graduate diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and a BA (Oxon) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

I draw on many modes of psychotherapy such as existential, psychoanalytic, systemic and cognitive behavioural in my work with clients. I have worked as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor with Mind in Camden for 7 years and The Working Men’s College in Camden for 2 years. This is my second career and I have a passion for it. I am constantly reading, attending further courses and learning from other professionals. I have seen how therapy, counselling and coaching adds richness to peoples’ lives and I love the work.
